Here is this month's inspiration photo for PTI's May Blog Hop:

Isnt' it pretty?  I'm not so much of a green girl, but I do like green and black together.  Here's my take, using my favorite new Happy Hydrangea set.  LOVE it!



Paper: PTI White, Basic Black, Spring Moss, Smokey Shadow gingham

    Cheryl, this is absolutely beautiful! Perfectly designed. I love the layered scalloped edge with the different patterns and your use of the Happy Hydrangeas stamp set looks fantastic!

    Very pretty! I love the detail you added to the flower with the copic. My daughter is getting married next summer and these are the flowers she's having. I just got the set so we can make her invitations. Thanks for the inspiration.

Erin Lee Creative January Release

Hello everyone!  Welcome to the Erin Lee Creative January release .  When I received these products I sat down immediately and started to play.  There are such fun new stamps, dies and stencils.  I'm sure you'll find something you like. Erin Lee Creative November Release

First up are two cards made with the same products...the  Stripe Background Stamp  and the  Stripe Sentiments Stamp Set .  There are so many possibilities with just these two products!  I started with an autumn rainbow of distress oxide inks: I really love how these sentiments fit perfectly in the stripes, and they look like the labels we used to make with those vintage label makers (remember turning the wheel and pulling the trigger for the right letters?).  They look especially good when heat embossed.
