Toile Two Ways

I wanted to try out PTI's Fine Linen, and all along I've thought that a tone-on-tone damask or toile pattern would look beautiful with this color. I had a hard time pairing it with another color, but surprisingly, PTI's Ocean Tides works really well. These stamps are from a MAMBI set, and unfortunately, the quality of the stamps themselves is pretty bad. I do love the images, though. Here's version 1 with white:

    ooh so classy! Love FL with OT. Gosh they work well together. The quality of the stamps is not at all evident, must be your expert skills as they look gorgeous. So glad you were able to kick things into gear and back to blogging. Totally where you belong. ;-)

    I love the Fine Linen with Ocean Tides - I have yet to get some FL but I think it's just been added to my next order. And I love both the white ink and Versamark too - slightly different looks but both are great!

    Oh that calor combo is great! I have to try it myself! I am partial to the versamark version! I just love how gorgeous that OT ribbon looks against the FL background!

    I say versa mark but then I change my mind. I love the OT ribbon, makes me want to touch the computer screen. Really they are both beautiful Cheryl!!!

    Oh my goodness Cheryl, these are so, so pretty. I really like the white on linen base the best, but the OT ribbon treatment from the Versamark one keeps pulling me in too!
    I really, really like that look (white on linen) and am going to ty it out. Thanks!

    Oh lovely! I love the way the white looks on the linen base -- it seems to pop more, if you know what I mean? But they're both stamped just fabulously!

    I think they are super classy. I love the pleated ribbon, too. I like them both, but the bottom one seems to catch my eye a little bit more. I like the white for the label in the middle. Great cards!

    Gorgeous!! And just think, if you buy the new floral set out this month from PTI, you will have a set that is fabulous quality with nice bold graphic flowers! :)

Erin Lee Creative January Release
