Papertrey Princess Challenge-Valerie

This week's challenge for our blog group is Valerie's idea, to use the first Papertrey stamp we ever bought. I actually bought 4 stamp sets in my first order 2 years ago, including Believe. I love the simplicity of this set, as well as the combination of fonts. I also love that Santa can hold things (for this card I masked it). I colored him in with my trusty Sakura Stardust pens--red and clear--as well as the berries on the tree. I stamped "peace on earth" with white ink, then traced over it with a Souffle pen. Enjoy!

Ink: Versafine Onyx, SU Forest Foliage, SU markers-Sage Shadow, Blush Blossom
Stamps: PTI Believe
Other: Sakura Stardust pens-red and clear, Offray ribbon, Souffle pen-white, 2" square punch

    Love this and I really like how Santa sparkles. This is also one of my favorite PTI sets.(aren't they all?) Thanks for playing along with my challenge this month. Great job.

Erin Lee Creative January Release

Hello everyone!  Welcome to the Erin Lee Creative January release .  When I received these products I sat down immediately and started to play.  There are such fun new stamps, dies and stencils.  I'm sure you'll find something you like. First up are two cards made with the same products...the  Stripe Background Stamp  and the  Stripe Sentiments Stamp Set .  There are so many possibilities with just these two products!  I started with an autumn rainbow of distress oxide inks: I really love how these sentiments fit perfectly in the stripes, and they look like the labels we used to make with those vintage label makers (remember turning the wheel and pulling the trigger for the right letters?).  They look especially good when heat embossed.
