Papertrey in Real Life

Today I got to take a mini vacation to Jennifer's house to stamp all afternoon! It was so much fun to stamp all day and spend time with some fellow Papertrey Ink fan(atic)s like myself who live in the area. I also got to meet Joan B., who is so delightful. We had a wonderful lunch and a nice, relaxing stamping afternoon. Thank you so much, Jennifer, for opening your most beautiful home to us and for the wonderful treats, too.

P.S. I have finally found the sheepdog I need to round up my children in public places...

    Look at that wiggly worm of a dog! Can't tell that he doesn't like being held, can you?!

    I can't tell you just how fantastic of a time that I had. Thanks so much for coming over. We're going to have to do it again soon.

Erin Lee Creative January Release

 Hi friends! On to the projects: For my first card, I wanted to showcase this big and bold sentiment from the new Stay Golden  stamp set.   One of my favorite techniques is coloring with Copic markers over the top of white heat embossing.  It is a great way to make colors pop on dark cardstock.    Doesn't this stamp just beg for vibrant colors?
